  • Screen problems
    Generally, the screens of industrial handheld terminals are durable and scratch resistant. However, if you encounter the problem of screen failure, you can try:
     
    1) If the screen is not punctual, correct the screen again;
     
    2) Clean the screen;
     
    3) Restart the device;
     
    matters needing attention:
     
    1) Do not touch the screen;
     
    2) Use the touch pen provided by the device or the pen with plastic tip suitable for touch screen;
     
    3) Do not use pens, pencils or other sharp objects on the screen;
     
    4) The screen surface is dirty and can be cleaned with a soft cloth dipped with diluted screen cleaner;
     
    5) Stick the screen protector to protect the screen more effectively.
  • Unable to boot normally
    In general, you can try the following methods when you can't start the machine when you hold the opportunity:
     
    1) Check whether the battery has power;
     
    2) Check whether the battery is installed correctly;
     
    3) Check whether the power key is in good contact;
     
    4) Use the power adapter to charge for 10 minutes and then try to start the machine;
     
    5) Whether the indicator light is always on, and if so, try to cold start the device.
